Ingredients
- 1 pound (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups crushed tortilla chips
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon milk or water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray or oil for baking

Instructions
- Preheat the oven:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray or oil.
